"Go back to bed', said the omniscient interior voice, because you don't need to know the final answer right now, at three o'clock in the morning on the Thursday in November. 'Go back to bed', because I love you. 'Go back to bed', beacause the only thing you need to do for now is get some rest and take good care of yourself until you do know the answer."

Cry for a couple of hours, shed your tears…. pick yourself up, dust it. You are blessed, think about it. Indeed I am.

So bring on the dreams… sleep sleep. tomorrow you wake up to happiness. I want to see an all new you. And dear doctor… don’t push it. First is first.

An old Cherokee chief was teaching his grandson about life…

"A fight is going on inside me," he said to the boy.
"It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves.

"One is evil - he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, self-doubt, and ego.

"The other is good - he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith.

"This same fight is going on inside you - and inside every other person, too."

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather,
    "Which wolf will win?"

    The old chief simply replied,
    "The one you feed."

Mark Twain said: “I’ve been through some terrible things in my life, some of which actually happened.”

Always thinking, always imagining… make your fantasies coloured ones. I am sure they are bright.
